Referral Program
CenturyLink Refer-A-Friend Rewards Program (“Program”): Referring
CenturyLink Customer must create an account via
www.centurylinkreferafriend.com ("Website"). The account must be set up
with the same email address as the CenturyLink service order. A unique
link will be assigned to Referring customer that can be shared with
potential Referred customers. Only a referral registered using the
unique link will be eligible for a CenturyLink Prepaid Card ("Card").
Customer Eligibility: In order to participate in the Program, the Referring Customer must have an active residential CenturyLink account in one or more CenturyLink local service areas. A qualified Referred Customer must be a new CenturyLink customer. The Referred Customer must install Service(s) within 60 days of the initial referral date by Referring Customer. Both the Referring Customer and Referred Customer must retain service(s) for 60 consecutive days after Referred Customer service installation to be eligible to receive a Card. If Service is not so installed, the Referring and Referred Customer will not be eligible for a Card.
Service Eligibility: Qualifying CenturyLink services include High Speed Internet ("HSI"), Home Phone and Prism TV. Vacation Services
Vacation Program – Offer available to residential customers only. Only certain CenturyLink services are eligible for the Vacation Program;
third-party services received through CenturyLink are not eligible.
Price For Life offers are not eligible for the Vacation Program; if
Price for Life service is cancelled, customer will have to re-enroll and
may lose their original pricing. Offer may include a reduced monthly
recurring charge for a predetermined number of months each year,
retention of equipment and suspension of service, programming and
agreement during Vacation Program activation. A zero balance for each applicable
service is required for eligibility. If applicable to current
service(s) subscription(s), contractual obligations will be put on hold
during Vacation period but will resume once service is reinstated (early
termination fees may apply if service(s) are changed or cancelled).
For Voice and High-Speed Internet customers who don’t contact
CenturyLink to resume full activation of applicable services before the
end of six-consecutive-month period, all applicable monthly charges,
fees, surcharges, etc., will resume automatically. For Prism TV
customers who don’t contact CenturyLink to resume full activation of
applicable services before the end of six-consecutive-month period, all
applicable, original programming, set-top box, High Definition and
premium channel fees will resume automatically. The promotional
programming package will not resume automatically; customer will need to
contact CenturyLink to reinstate promotions and discounted
service. Promotions, pricing and channels at the time the customer puts
the service on vacation are subject to change during the vacation term.
