we no longer have a use for SpeedConnect due to low upload speeds and
comparably low download speeds, we are disconnecting next week.

1 Reliably or completely backup or sync to the cloud such as One drive, Dropbox or Google
2 Stream 4k anytime
3 Stream HD during evening hours
4 Do any heavy internet use (streaming, Skype or Hangouts, uploading) while a 2nd person in the household tries to do the same
5. Use Phone over internet
There are other reasons but these are the main ones.
If you pay over $50 for this type of service please stay tuned to some other possibilities for wireless with significantly higher down AND upload speeds.
Unfortunately that won't be Century Link from this site that promises only 10 mbs download and 1 mbs upload
